Voucher extension request
I had to ask for an extension on a voucher not long ago, and was really happy with how quickly and positively the customer service team responded. I got in touch with them, and in no time at all, they came up with a solution that completely sorted me out. The way they dealt with my request was top-notch, and made me feel like a valued customer. It's good to know there are people out there who are ready and willing to help and look after their customers.
