The biggest waste of time I have experienced, first ly they advertised instant download, then after telling me I had to download a number of programs which did not work, they then sent me the manual as PDF, easy right, and it download instantly and all good, except they sent me a manual for my vehicle in Left hand drive, I advised through their help page that I was in Australia and needed Right hand drive but, after many emails where they promised they would look into it and get back to me and proceded to do nothing, eventually I just contacted my credit card company and have retreived the funds, very dissapointing especially seeing their company is easymanuals.co.uk, I mean uk as in The United Kindom where unless I am misinformed the vehicles are Right Hand Drive, so there we have it, a complete waste of time and effort, and no I do not recomend easymanuals.co.uk.
