I am seeing a pattern here. I also had a service and was told that the same part was broken in 2 boilers. Despite this being a fault that I was dealing with daily 247 won’t fix it because they found it in the service. Their staff are rude and just read from a page and don’t take into account the actual problem. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs
