247 Home Rescue Boiler amp Central Heating Cover
I have a very old boiler (35 yrs+). After British Gas installed a Smart Meter, their engineer reported a gas leak, capped the supply & left. I called 24/7 Home Rescue to come to diagnose/resolve the issue. One of their Senior Engineers, Richard, came the following morning. He was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed with me the options to resolve and fixed it so the gas supply is on and I have hot water. Also, as the boiler is so old and really beyond economical repair, we discussed options for a replacement. My new combi boiler will be fitted by the StayWarm team at 24/7 Home Rescue very soon - the bonus, I will no longer need a hot water tank in the bathroom so will gain space enabling me to remodel the bathroom. Very happy with the service overall and with Richard the Engineer in particular.
