hotel for one night
my booking reference number is 825643454. I booked a studio room in Aparthotel Adagio Birmingham City Centre 5 days ago.however, when i arrive at the hotel today, the reception cannot find my name intheir system and no email from roomdi. So, i have to find another hotel in the midnight! based on this situation, Is there anyone could explain this to me? and because of the cancellion fee, there is no refund if i cancel thoa booking.
