Custom tarp order
I recently ordered two custom tarps from this company and I was really disappointed with how they turned out. Even though I showed them proof that the tarps were too short, the customer service team wouldn't admit they made a mistake and kept saying they sent the right size. It was so annoying how they wouldn't take responsibility or check their quality properly. The 4cm difference might not sound like much, but it really affected how I could use the tarps for what I needed. In the end, I had to ask my bank for a refund because the company wouldn't sort it out.
