Shipping assistance from excellent customer service
At first, I felt a bit overwhelmed by the whole shipping process, but thankfully Sophie and Aimee were really amazing with their customer service. Sophie was so patient, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. Her friendly and reassuring manner really helped me get through everything more easily. Aimee was just as friendly and helpful, showing that the customer service team really cares about providing the best support possible to customers.
