Easy booking process
The website was pretty straightforward to use, but I had a bit of trouble when it came to booking aircraft seats. I actually figured out by mistake that if you don't select the 'book seats together' option, you won't be charged extra. The booking system feels a bit outdated as it doesn't offer electronic boarding passes or the option to pre-register passport details. Last year, we experienced delays at the airport because of extra paperwork, which led us to miss our scheduled take off time and resulted in a lengthy wait on the runway.
