    Industrial light fitting lost and customer service abysmal. Avoid

    Ups lost my delivery. customer service agent sounds like a bored poweress16yr old cinema usher .made light of it normalised the losing of packages. After disingenuously claiming they've delivered the important part of my order ( bulbs!) I quoted an email saying my whole order was delivered. I bought it to THEIR attention they didn't bother to inform me it was missing causing further delay. I only bought this light fitting because of the estimated date of delivery my electrician needed to fit in 5 w-days. Now I have to wait another 5w-days. Customer service put the phone down on me when I asked them to expedite delivery to 2working day they just would not do anything to make up for the delay and obtusely insisting they'd done all the customer servicing they can do . It is infuriating dealing with that denial. All they wanted to do is re order it and it's 5days for deliver. Awful customer service. Unknown company I wouldn't risk. if you are then HALT and rememberyour time and money is worth way Moreton this 2bit company. Avoid. And listen, lamp and light ? Call me back and sort this out properly I need this light fitting in 2days otherwise I'm emailing u my electricians wasted costs for the day and painters costs. A letter of claim and my hourly rates of my solicitor . I'm not messing around
