Garden sofa set
Ordered a garden sofa set on 25th March - confirmation email said we would have notification of dispatch, but this was not the case. Item delivered (unexpectedly) on 30th March, but when we assembled it we discovered it was damaged. Pictures taken and email sent to customer services on 31st as cannot see a phone number to contact. Received an automated email reply saying they would be in touch within 72h, but this has not been the happened. Have emailed since, but still no reply from them.
Hoping that leaving a review here will open up some communication as we have paid a lot of money for defective goods and so far we have had no response from Charles Bentley.
