Lost glasses inquiry
I recently had a bit of a nightmare trying to get in touch with customer services about my lost glasses. It was so frustrating - I called them five times and got nowhere. The automated system was driving me mad, telling me to press buttons and then leaving me waiting forever before cutting me off. It's just not on, especially when they say all the staff are busy helping others. What's the point of having a phone number if you can't actually talk to a real person? And to top it off, the store is miles away so it's even more of a hassle. They definitely need more staff to sort out their customer service situation.
