I bought a bunch of stuff from the shop not long ago, but had a bit of bother trying to get a refund for one of the things I returned. I've sent quite a few emails about it, but still haven't heard anything back from the customer service lot. It's really not on that they're not getting back to me - it's been pretty annoying and disappointing. When customers are dealing with these sorts of problems, it's important for the company to respond quickly and efficiently to keep our trust and keep us coming back.
