    Online order debacle

    I ordered some things online, expecting them to arrive via Royal Mail. However, I missed the delivery because I was at work. When I tried to pick up the package, it was nowhere to be seen. I haven't been able to get a refund for the missing package and was told to contact the company. But it looks like they've closed down. Now I'm stuck without my package or any compensation. It feels like Royal Mail or someone else should reimburse me for this situation!

    The clothes from this place are really good quality, I just love them. Every dress I've bought has been so eye-catching, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The quality is great, and I like that they have unique and special things at decent prices. The sizes always fit me perfectly, which is brilliant. The delivery to Northern Ireland was surprisingly quick, and I was impressed with how fast they sent out my order. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchases from here and will definitely be ordering again soon.

    Faulty items, long returns process, sub-par quality

    This company is a complete nightmare to deal with. I bought a few things and every single one was faulty in some way. The returns process was a joke, took about 3 months to even get a response. The customer service was really unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. Plus, the quality of the items I got was really poor. Honestly, don't bother wasting your time and money on this company.

    Faulty Christmas dress

    I bought a dress from this store to wear on Christmas Day, hoping to look great at the holiday dinner. But to my surprise, the dress tore just an hour after putting it on! I was so disappointed and I tried reaching out to the company for a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately, they haven't responded to any of my emails, Facebook messages, or Instagram DMs. It feels like they've vanished! Now I'm stuck with a damaged dress and no idea what to do next. Such terrible customer service!

    Unhappy customer, two dresses, refund issue, debt

    I recently bought two dresses from this company and to be honest, I was really let down. The dresses weren't anything like what was advertised, so I asked for a refund. But no matter how many times I tried, the company just wouldn't give me my money back. It's put me in a tough spot financially, especially with young kids to take care of. My whole experience with this company has been a total let down and I wouldn't advise anyone to use them.

    Dress purchase

    The dress just really caught my eye, you know? The design was so different and I heard it was hard to get hold of. Luckily, I managed to find it in my size and I was so happy with how it fit and the quality of the material. It's not just pretty to look at, it's easy to look after too, which makes it a really practical piece to have in my wardrobe. I've worn it to a couple of events already, including my daughter's Quinceañera, and every time I've had loads of people complimenting me on it.

    Suit purchase, amazing quality

    I bought a suit from this place recently and I have to say, the quality is absolutely amazing. The material is really luxurious and the suit is made to such a high standard. Initially, I tried to order it but it was sold out. However, I was really impressed when they asked me if I wanted notifications for when it came back in stock. I got the notifications and to top it off, the suit was on sale! When it arrived, I was so impressed by how beautiful it looked. Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again. Definitely deserving of 5 stars from me.

    I've been a customer at this store for ages and always liked their stuff and service. But, lately, I've had some trouble with getting my money back for things I've returned. Last year, I sent back three items at different times, but I'm still waiting for my refunds. I've tried reaching out to the customer service team a bunch of times, but haven't heard anything back about my refunds. It's kind of putting me off buying anything else from them because it's worrying that I'm not getting my money back for items I've sent back.     I'm really not happy with the service I've got from this company. I sent back my things on 30th August and still haven't got my money back or any replies to my emails. It's just not right for a company to act like this, ignoring customers and not giving refunds when they should. I even tried to contact the company owners but they just blocked me. It's terrible how little they care about keeping customers happy and this shouldn't be allowed.

    Poor customer service and no refund

    I really wouldn't recommend buying from this company. My time dealing with them has been a total nightmare. I sent back some items but never got my money back, and trying to get hold of someone was a waste of time. They just didn't reply to my messages and were so useless with sorting out returns and refunds. It's just not on. I honestly feel like they've ripped me off, so I'd say to anyone else to steer clear and save yourself from all the hassle and letdowns.

    I've had a really frustrating time with this company as I waited almost 10 months for a refund that I was told I would receive back in September. The time it took for them to sort out my refund was completely unacceptable, and it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. After reading other people's reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who has had issues getting refunds from this company. It's disappointing to see that they're not keeping their promises to customers and are basically keeping hold of money that rightfully belongs to us.     I am extremely frustrated with the return refund process. It's been 3 whole months and I still haven't received my refund. I returned the item right away and even showed proof that it was received, but the refund that was promised within 28 days still hasn't shown up. The customer service responses have been so unhelpful and unsatisfactory, I feel like they're not taking me seriously at all.
