Airpods
I bought a pair of Airpods on the 27th of April 2023, and had no updates since, I then waited three and a half weeks and still had no updates. I Then contacted the seller, and after 48 hours still had no reply. I then contacted customer services team, who then told me this seller is inactive and is no longer trading on the website. What I'm concerned about is how this seller was still able to advertise they are selling this product and able to take customers payments despite being inactive. I no longer trust anyone who sell anything on this website and will never use again. AVIOD !
