New promotional plan purchase
This company is really terrible in the way they do business. I just bought a new promotion plan and wanted to change my current number over to it. But instead of letting me do that, they tried to make me stay on my old plan just to make more money. Their methods are really deceptive, and they even fooled me into topping up my balance, only to realise that the top-up is only worth half of a regular plan renewal. This kind of dishonesty is just shocking, and I recommend anyone thinking about using this company to choose a different carrier.
