Pros: There is a great range of courses to choose from and there was a good level of content in each session. The course slides are excellent. Very good telephone service. Its an enjoyable way to learn, I actually enjoyed better listening again and being able to stop at parts I wanted to concentrate on.
Cons: Too many emails received (which were not always accurate or applicable) and when you click on links it often takes you to something not connected to your course so it was confusing. I think everything I was given free ended up on my dashboard but I am not sure. I rarely saw a comment from another student on the sessions I was on so the live element wasn't that important. I think if I was actually paying for the course I would want to be able to watch all the slides exactly when I wanted to.
