    Christmas Jumper

    I’ve tried to get a refund on a Christmas jumper I purchased from them, but even logging into my account it won’t accept my e-mail address of the refund request.
    The Jumper itself is of poor quality material, far to big for the size described, it feel and look horrible on. I don't think the picture and the actual garment are the same as the picture one looks decent, hence the ordering. and the one in real life is such a disappointment. Also, their returns policy stinks, they are quite happy to take payment immediately and then you state it takes 2 to 6 weeks for a refund. Never again will I shop with them again. Also it is impossible to leave a negative review as everything gets filtered before going onto their site. I am beyond disappointed

    I had the same problem, paid £25 for a shirt sleeves were 10mm to short wanted a full refund ended up excepting £11.40. Returning the shirt to China was a joke no office based in the UK. Dreadful service please stay away, looks good on the website but if you need a refund be warned it does not come cheap .
