A dress for a wedding
I bought a dress for a wedding,looked lovely on the model,it arrived quickly but when it came there was no label on the dress,no invoice and to behinest it looked like a reject,the buttons on a angle because it doesnt sit right on the shoulders and the back which is sewn to the bit of floral dress just tight and uneven in places just a real mess,at £38 in total i thought i would get a lovely dress i asked to return it which they offered a slight refund but to keep the dress,i said return,they said no return lable and i would have to send it back to china and pay between $10/40 , really making it hard to return,its fit for the dustbin..why on earth do i want to keep a dress that look like kids had put it together that is misshapen,very disappointed and money that i need to rebuy another dress somewhere else within 2 weeks i will never buy from here again
Several items of clothing
Good quality considering the price. Arrived within 2 weeks which is what they said. Appears better quality than ordering from Amaz which is a bit hit and miss. They also have an amazing range, far broader then any other single supplier I come across. I not had to return anything yet, so cant say how that works. Placed my 2nd order now and waiting on that.
When I placed an order here, I also placed and order on UltaMod... & I am still waiting for that, a month later.....
But these guys deliver as advertised.Wonderful place for shopping
I liked this shop..Almost everything were attracting me while on their website.
Like super market where I select computer keyboard,mugs, screw driver set, and clothing in sale.
Probably this was my biggest shopping online from this LTB shop.

Be weary, this is a foreign company with no UK site. The company advertised shoes in UK sizes and when received the items were too small and also the quality of the shoes were very poor compared to an equivalent priced shoes that can be purchased here in the UK.
When I asked to return for a full refund which they said I would be eligible to do if I was not happy with the goods, they offered partial refunds and discounts against future purchases with them. When I declined they asked me to return the shoes to China by registered post - which costs a fortune. I never agreed to this clause and it was not made known anywhere during the purchase process. Had this been made known I would never have purchased.3 tops
Ordered 3 tops marked as cotton on the website. When they arrived they were all Polyester. I can’t wear Polyester so tried to return them. They would not confirm they would pay my shipping costs which could be anything up to £40. They weren’t going to pay the total amount I’d paid (£80.27) so I could potentially only have received a refund of less than half that. I went on holiday for a week and because I was away and didn’t respond to another of their ridiculous emails within 7 days they closed the ticket. They won’t respond to me now. I’m left with 3 tops I can’t wear and I’m out of pocket £80.27. I will never order from them again.
Linen Shorts and Pant
Worst quality product I ever brought online
Spend £15 GBP on shorts and £22 on pants, extremely ... quality. Not even worth wearing once. Said linen but has 5% linen, that's it. You get such clothes on extremely cheap UK outdoor markets for £5. Don't buy from if you are looking for quality clothes.
Look at reviews, all good reviews are one from "invited" and all volunteer reviews are average or poor rating wise.T shirts
I ordered several T-shirts . I made sure to look at their size chart.
They have come up really small.
I am trying to return for refund. The system is a minefield you keep going round in circles. Would never buy from them again😤Jacket
Poor quality product and horrendous customer service
The item was sent was too small - by at least 2-3 sizes! The quality was extremely poor - considering the price!
Once I reported the problem, they offered a 10% refund against a future purchase and asked me to post it to China at my own expense!
Then I received an email promising that it will be sorted - only to receive - after many days - exactly the same response as before, except this time they wanted me to accept a 30% discount against a future purchase if I return the item!

Will never buy again .Product arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Will not answer e mails as to the product being faulty. The only communication is for you to close your Pay-Pal complaint for them to negotiate directly. Once thats done you hear no more from them.
Christmas Shirt
Shirt arrived late and the sleeves were far to short and the fit was not good, neither the quality. Tried to return the product for a refund but was told it had to be returned to China, yes ... China, not great customer service the company is all about money and it should state that any returns need to go back to China that way I don't think anyone would use this company at all. Do yourself a favour and unsubscribe and forget you ever looked at this appalling company. Don't forget were covid started!!
