Luxury bag, disappointing service
I bought a luxury bag from Hyde & Hare hoping it would be top quality with great customer service, but sadly my experience hasn't been good. I ordered it on December 14th expecting it to arrive in 4-5 days via USPS air. However, it didn't come, so I contacted their customer service multiple times, giving my order number each time. All I got back were automated responses that didn't help at all. The lack of communication and follow-up was really disappointing, especially considering how much I paid. I think good service and communication are really important as a customer, and sadly, this was lacking. Next time, I'll be looking elsewhere for my luxury bag fix.
