Leather animal print belts
I found this amazing company that sells cool belts with animal prints after searching everywhere! Their website is really stylish and easy to navigate. The belts are beautiful, unique, and super trendy. I placed an order on a Sunday and thanks to the Royal Mail, I got my belts really quickly. They arrived in lovely presentation boxes with fancy dust bags to keep them safe. The quality of the leather is top-notch, you can definitely tell. They even included a handwritten card, which I thought was a nice personal touch. I am really impressed with this company, they are fantastic! I can't believe they don't have more reviews, they definitely deserve them. I will definitely be making more purchases from them in the future as they are a great small British business that truly deserves five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Sheepskin stool and free sheepskin seat cover
At first, I wasn't sure about buying from this company because of the mixed reviews, but I'm pleased to say that my experience with them was great. I purchased a sheepskin stool and got a complimentary sheepskin seat cover, both of which are really high quality. Even though they were a bit expensive, I feel like they were worth it. I have just ordered a sheepskin from this company, and it was a total disaster. They told me my order was on its way, but it never arrived. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, all I got were automated replies. It wasn't until I got my bank involved that I finally heard back, blaming my messages for ending up in their spam folder. I am really let down by this experience and now doubting if this company is even legit.

I recently bought another cowhide from them and was once again blown away by the quality and service. I recently got a footstool from Hyde & Hare, and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. It looked pretty amateur and not at all worth the money I spent. Returning it was a nightmare too. The courier service they use didn't want to take the big box, so I had to keep trying different collection points until one of them finally agreed to take it. What a hassle! And the cherry on top was the slow customer service. It took them days to reply to my emails, and I couldn't even call and talk to someone. Overall, my time with Hyde & Hare was just frustrating and disappointing.
Sheepskin order
I recently bought a sheepskin product from this website. I've been really let down by their customer service. It's been a week since I placed my order and the item still hasn't been sent out. Plus, they haven't replied to any of my emails asking about my order. It's really annoying to deal with this lack of communication and slow order processing. I suggest looking elsewhere for your purchases instead of using this website.
Sheepskin stool in Honey
I bought a sheepskin stool in Honey colour from this shop, but when it arrived, it was completely white! I emailed them straight away but heard nothing for almost a week. Eventually, after bugging them for a reply, they requested a photo, which I sent quickly. It's been four more days now, and I still haven't had any further communication from them. They're blatantly ignoring my emails. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Luxury bag, disappointing service
I bought a luxury bag from Hyde & Hare hoping it would be top quality with great customer service, but sadly my experience hasn't been good. I ordered it on December 14th expecting it to arrive in 4-5 days via USPS air. However, it didn't come, so I contacted their customer service multiple times, giving my order number each time. All I got back were automated responses that didn't help at all. The lack of communication and follow-up was really disappointing, especially considering how much I paid. I think good service and communication are really important as a customer, and sadly, this was lacking. Next time, I'll be looking elsewhere for my luxury bag fix.
Coat and hat
I bought this really nice coat and hat on the 8th of January and paid more for a 2-day delivery. Can you believe it, it's been more than a week now and I still haven't received my order! I've tried emailing them but they're just ignoring me. What's that all about? I even had to get PayPal to help me out with this situation. I'm really disappointed with their service, to be honest.

I bought something from a fashion website not too long ago. Sadly, the thing I wanted was out of stock, and it took ages for the company to get back to me about it. Their responses to my emails were really slow, which was a bit frustrating. Even though they said they'd sorted out my refund, I'm still waiting for the money to come through.

I've tried contacting customer service by email several times, but haven't received any responses. I even posted a negative review on their Facebook page, but they deleted it along with other bad reviews from other customers. It's really frustrating to see a company treat their customers like this. I'm still waiting for my refund and haven't heard anything from them.
