Guns and Roses T-shirt replacement
I've been a loyal customer of EMP for a good few years now and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. However, my most recent purchase of a Guns and Roses T-shirt to replace my old one left me feeling a bit let down. The material of the new shirt is definitely thinner and feels cheaper compared to the one I bought from EMP two years ago. As someone who has been with them for a long time, I was expecting higher quality and was disappointed by this change. I think that focusing on profit rather than quality might end up damaging EMP's reputation and customer loyalty in the long run. Because of this experience, I've also held off buying Metallica and Nirvana T-shirts from EMP, as I'm worried they might have the same drop in quality. Additionally, I wrote a review on their website sharing my concerns, but it hasn't been posted, which makes me wonder about the transparency and honesty of EMP's review system.
