Hair appointment
My hair appointment was a nightmare! I was really looking forward to getting my hair sorted, but when I arrived, they didn't deliver on their promises. I left with a haircut I never wanted and the hairstylist was really rude. I'm hoping for a refund because it was a complete waste of both time and money.
