Snacks and drinks
I believe it's really important to support the companies we trust, especially during these tough times in the UK. I've been shopping on this site since the beginning of covid and I've never had a bad experience. The website has had a fancy new makeover and I did struggle a bit with signing in at first, but creating a new account sorted it out straight away. I'm looking forward to receiving my snacks and drinks, and I'm sure I'll be back for more goodies. The new website is much easier to navigate now, so a big thumbs up for that! 👍🏽

PS4 headset
I bought a PS4 headset from an online shop since they were the only ones with stock, even though it was a bit pricier than other stores. I went for next day delivery but was aware it wouldn't come on the weekend. Unfortunately, by Monday, my order was still being picked. To my surprise, I later discovered that they had refunded my order without telling me or saying sorry. The lack of communication really let me down, especially since now I have nothing to give to my grandson for Christmas.
