I have been with Smarty for about a year. I am still as happy as I was at the beginning - Smarty responds quickly to any queries I've had, but to be honest all in all everything has run smoothly from the beginning. Signal still isn't amazing where I live in the countryside, but it wasn't good with Vodafone, O2 or Orange either.
