Package Tracking shows it never left Great Britain. It shows it never went to customs, never went to ANY US postal services.
There is no number to contact Zavvi.
They use "messages". I notified them of the details via their messaging system. Rather than actually looking at the tracking info. A week later they just sent a generic response and told me to fill our their form. (Download, print, fill out by hand then scan then upload, rather that an Electronic Form).
5 days later, they send out the exact same generic message with the same form.
I am out $200. I have spent over $5300.00 over the years at Zavvi. Obviously I will Never buy from them again. When you order from Zavvi you have to understand, you can NEVER actually contact them, they only do generic responses and you will get ripped off eventually. It might take several orders but you will end up like me.
