I am writing to you to raise an issue about:
The issue that I have experienced was: ...first of all, they refuse to pay the money I earned.. when I contacted them, they first said that it would be paid within 3-5 business days.. I don't know what happened next, the gentlemen I met online said that they would not pay the money and asked for a payment method in a rude, disrespectful and contemptuous way. Six months ago..exactly six or more..I was very angry because I sent the documents they asked for at least six months ago...Meanwhile, I played games on this site, won, lost, deposited money and withdrew money...No one asked me anything... Now suddenly they want whatever they want. If they are so attached to the rules, why do they act according to their desire? Then they should follow the rules exactly, not when they want... I did not earn money with the payment method I used months ago, I earned it with the bank method I use today...
The other problem is that it is impossible to upload documents on their website because it does not work. For this reason, I have sent e-mails many times ...including proof of the payment method they want... and no one is interested and does not respond..
You tell me they pride themselves on their customer service ...even though they couldn't fix anything... and say they did everything right...
So, what did I do wrong? I'm losing money and I'm being embarrassed with my money. I come here and waste the time of valuable people like you because they leave me no other choice.
It doesn't matter how much money I earn, it's just that their treatment of me is not humane.

Thank you for your comments. I'm experiencing problems with the simple case of trying to pay for my tickets, with money I already deposited. The alarms have rung and I'm filing a complaint to the real lotteries commissions. These commissions are well aware that people are being scammed by frauds who claim to be acting on their approval. Time for lotteries to use their financial takings to investigate, eradicate and put an end to the frauds who use their industry for no good.Review about: Holiday Extras
Parking - Gatwick
Dreadful company. This company's website allowed me to book an airport parking space for a vehicle they can't actually accommodate. I turned up on the morning of my flight only to find I did not have a booking! I luckily managed to avoid missing my flight but ended up paying three times more. Contacted the CEO but they were unwilling to take any responsibility. They have absolutely no remorse for the situation they are putting their customers in. I was lucky to still catch my flights but I suspect many others weren't so fortunate. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
