Large bottle of JD
I've been shopping with Old and Rare for a while now and I've always been really impressed with the quality of their stuff and how quick they are. But it wasn't until recently, when I had a problem with my order, that I realised just how amazing their customer service is. I had ordered a big bottle of JD that was on offer, and even though I got a message from DPD saying it was on its way, the bottle never showed up. When I got in touch with Old and Rare, they sorted it out right away and kept me updated on what they were doing to fix things.
They searched for a few days and eventually told me that the original bottle was missing, but they had found another one that was just as good, with a fancy presentation cradle. They gave me the choice of having this replacement bottle or getting a full refund, and I went for the replacement. It was sent out quickly and arrived the next morning. I was so happy with how Old and Rare dealt with everything, they really went out of their way to make sure I got a good replacement without any delay.
