Crystals purchase
I bought a bunch of crystals from this supplier recently, but I was really disappointed with the whole thing. The crystals that arrived didn't look anything like the ones on the website - it felt like half of them weren't even the right ones I ordered. The prices seemed too good to be true, and they were, since the quality was really low. Some of the crystals looked like they'd been yanked out of a rubbish tip and roughly polished with sandpaper, nothing like the lovely natural pieces I was hoping for. I tried to get in touch with the company about my worries, but it was a nightmare trying to communicate with them. All in all, my time with this supplier was rubbish and made me feel really embarrassed. For sure, I won't be going back as a customer.
