Online food delivery
I've been having a really tough time with ordering my food online recently. The deliveries have been consistently late or missing, and that's just not on. I also had an issue with a refund, which was processed as credit instead of going back into my bank account, which wasn't ideal. The loyalty points system sounds good on paper, but what's the use if I can't actually use them when I want to?
To top it off, the quality of the food has been a let-down - the containers are either too full or not sealed properly, and some items have even smelt bad or gone off. I've come across bones in a lot of my meat dishes, which is really not what I expected from a service that claims to be premium. I tried to leave this feedback on the app, but once I started typing, I couldn't cancel it. Overall, this whole experience has been really frustrating.
