I've been using this meal delivery service for about 6 months now and I have to say, the food is really top quality. It's the best I've come across when it comes to healthy, balanced, and non-processed pre-made meals, which has really helped me manage my health issues. However, there have been a few times when I got the wrong snacks, which can be annoying. I think they could do better with their attention to detail and packing, as sometimes the packaging is damaged when it's delivered. Despite these little issues, I've generally had good service from them. Any problems that came up were sorted out quickly, and my orders always arrive on time. The food itself is delicious and ticks all the boxes for me - whole, fresh, high in protein, and unprocessed. This service really is the standout option in that respect.

Despite it costing a bit more, the time I save on shopping and cooking, as well as the health benefits and stress relief, make it totally worth it. The portions might be a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but the food is such good quality that it makes up for it. However, for those of us with dietary restrictions like me, it would be nice to have more variety in the meal choices. I often end up swapping dishes to avoid eating the same things over and over. Meal plan subscription
I recently signed up for a meal plan subscription, but I've been having some problems with missing meals and issues with the payment schedule. It all started off well, but on Sunday, June 2nd, I noticed that two meals were missing from my delivery with no heads up from the support team. I got in touch with them, and they quickly promised to refund me for the missing meals, which was nice. However, it's been over 24 hours now, and I'm still waiting for this to be sorted out.
On top of that, I noticed a discrepancy in the payment schedule on the app. It keeps showing different "next payment dates," which is confusing. This mix-up might end up with me being charged for three weeks ahead when I've only just started my first week. I was told they would look into it, but I haven't heard back from the customer support team in nearly a whole day. Because of these ongoing issues, I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription.
