My poor pet recently hurt their back, and I didn't want to put them through surgery because of the high costs involved. Unfortunately, when I tried to claim from my pet insurance, they refused it, saying they thought they knew how the injury happened. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they haven't been clear or communicative about their decision-making. I've been paying for that insurance for more than two years, but they only gave me back a small amount of the money I spent. I've tried asking them to explain their reasoning, but they haven't really given me a satisfactory answer. It's been a really tough time, and I'd advise others to be careful when choosing a pet insurance company.
