    My pet needed surgery which this insurance company refused to cover, even though I showed them proof that their reasons were wrong. They blamed me for not looking after my pet properly, suggesting I let her get hit by a car. It's absurd and offensive. I'll definitely be telling everyone I can to steer clear of this company.

    My poor pet recently hurt their back, and I didn't want to put them through surgery because of the high costs involved. Unfortunately, when I tried to claim from my pet insurance, they refused it, saying they thought they knew how the injury happened. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they haven't been clear or communicative about their decision-making.     Quick resolution of refund issue

    Recently, I had to cancel my pet insurance because my dog sadly passed away. I forgot to let them know immediately. When I finally got in touch with the company, they initially said no to giving me a refund. But after talking to Charlie, he dealt with it really well and now I'm waiting for a refund.
