Classy and well-fitting dresses
I had a nightmare finding clothes that suit me well, but then I came across this shop and was pleasantly surprised. I managed to get two dresses that fit like a glove and are really good quality. The lady who helped me was so nice and made the whole shopping trip a delight. I'll definitely be coming back to this store as my top choice from now on.

Click and Collect experience
My recent Click and Collect experience was a bit of a letdown. I had to wait for my order at the chosen shop, only to be asked for extra identification which wasn't explained properly beforehand. It was really frustrating and inconvenient as I wasn't ready for it and had to travel quite far to get my stuff. I think they should give clearer instructions about the ID needed on the site and in the emails they send, to stop this happening again.
