Efficient customer service
The customer service team at this shop is fantastic. They got back to me really quickly and gave me all the information I needed. It was a really nice experience and I felt like they really cared about keeping me happy as a customer.
Credit note for outstanding refund
I had a situation where a company I bought stuff from went bust without sorting out any refunds. I didn't think customer service would help much as they weren't part of the sale, but they got back to me straight away. They said sorry for what happened and even gave me a credit note for the money owed, no questions asked. I was really impressed by how they went out of their way to make things right. I'd definitely recommend this company for their great customer service.
Warm coat purchase
Ordering and receiving orders has been going well. I was looking for a warm coat, had to send back 3 orders as none of them were right. Luckily, they quickly refunded me for 2 out of the 3 orders without any issues. Still waiting for the third refund but I believe it will be sorted out smoothly like before. I would definitely think about shopping here again.
Blue top with silver and gold flowers
I bought this blue top which had big flowers in silver and gold on the front. But, when I washed it by hand, the gold started to come off a lot. Now, there's glitter all over the top and I can't wear it anymore. The quality of the top is not good, especially for the price I paid. I'm really let down by this purchase and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Recent fashion purchases
I've recently bought a few fashion pieces and I must say, I'm really pleased with how they look and fit. The material is great, the design is spot on, and it's nice to see some trendy yet not too revealing outfits. I've actually made quite a few orders in quick succession because I just can't get enough of this brand. The prices are fair and the delivery and returns system really tops off the whole shopping experience.
Clothing purchase with courier issues
The clothing from this company is just amazing, but you know what really got me? Their customer service was top-notch. Even when there were problems with the courier, they really went the extra mile to sort everything out. Their professionalism and willingness to help really made an impression on me. I would absolutely recommend their clothing and their fantastic customer service.
Tropical print dresses
My mum and I went shopping at this great store in the huge mall, and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff there were really lovely and didn't bother us while we browsed. I found the perfect dresses for my holiday, and my mum looked so elegant in hers, like she was off to a wedding. Jess H, the lady who helped us in the changing room, was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, I wish I could work there too! The dresses weren't the only great thing in the shop, everything there was top-quality, and the assistants were just amazing. I even managed to misplace my car keys and they helped me find them - now that's what I call outstanding customer service! This store is now our favourite spot for shopping, we're absolutely smitten with it!
Butterfly top purchase
I just got my order from Blue Vanilla and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The butterfly top I bought was even better than I expected, really great quality and style. Plus, the delivery was super quick, which is always a bonus when you're shopping online. I'm already thinking about what to get next from this brand, I can't wait to see what other cool stuff they have.
My order never came
I ordered some clothes but they never arrived! The delivery company claimed they'd delivered them, but there's been no sign of them. I tried getting in touch via emails and calls, but no one bothered to respond. In the end, I had to get my mum involved to sort out a refund from the bank. Definitely not recommending anyone to order from here!!
Classy and well-fitting dresses
I had a nightmare finding clothes that suit me well, but then I came across this shop and was pleasantly surprised. I managed to get two dresses that fit like a glove and are really good quality. The lady who helped me was so nice and made the whole shopping trip a delight. I'll definitely be coming back to this store as my top choice from now on.
Recent store visit
My recent trip to the shop was absolutely brilliant. The customer service from Sue and Nicola was top-notch, they really went out of their way to make sure I had a great shopping trip. Their professionalism and product knowledge were impressive. The store had a lovely atmosphere and a great selection of clothes. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Abstract print maxi wrap green dress
Ordering was so easy and the delivery was super quick! The abstract print maxi wrap dress in green that I ordered fits like a dream and looks absolutely stunning. It's just perfect for a wedding guest outfit. I'm really pleased with my purchase and will definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Tunics for pregnancy and after
I was so happy to come across these really nice tunics that are super stylish as well as comfortable for wearing before and after pregnancy. And to top it off, they were on sale at such a good price. The quality was even better than I expected and the delivery was really quick too. I'll definitely be ordering more stuff in the future as a happy customer.
White blouse and denim skirt
The shop in the metro centre was a real treasure! It was so well organised and easy to get around, which made looking through all the lovely clothes and accessories really enjoyable. The people working there were really nice and helpful, which made the whole shopping trip even better. I bought a gorgeous white blouse and a cool denim skirt that both fitted really well and were really good quality. I'll definitely be going back to this shop to find more wonderful items!
Recent online order
I've ordered online for the second time now, and honestly, it's not gone very well. I got a dispatch message 6 days ago, but my parcel still hasn't shown up. This isn't the best considering my first order arrived damaged and had to be sent back. I don't think I'll be using this company again, as both times have not met my expectations.
Online dress purchase from multiple shops
I recently bought a dress online from a few different shops, but one of the items I got was from a shop that isn't processing returns properly. I sent back most of the order, but they're charging me separately for each return, which was a surprise. It's been a month now, and all the other shops have given me my money back except for this one. The lack of communication about the return and the delay in getting my refund is really disappointing. I've shopped at a lot of other places recently and none of them have been this much hassle. It's frustrating to be charged for something that isn't working right. Because of this, I won't be shopping at that store again.
Online purchase return charge
As a customer, I was really disappointed when I found out that Blue Vanilla charges £2.25 to return items bought online. I think it's not fair and it's also quite inconvenient that they don't allow returns in their stores. In my opinion, a good company should make returning items easy and stress-free for customers. By making people pay for returns and not allowing in-store returns, Blue Vanilla is not meeting these expectations. In this day and age of tough retail competition, customer satisfaction should be at the forefront, and this policy doesn't really match up with that idea.
Delivery issue
I've had a bit of bother with my recent order from Blue Vanilla because there wasn't a delivery note included. I usually love their quick fashion and reasonable prices, but not having that delivery note has made it tricky for me to send things back. I've tried contacting them through email and their website, but I haven't had any help yet. It's a shame because I've always had good experiences with Blue Vanilla in the past. It's really important for companies to look after their customers properly, especially the ones who keep coming back.
Value for money and fast delivery
I wasn't too sure about buying this thing at first because I'd seen some mixed reviews, but I ended up being really pleased with how it all turned out. I put in the order for it yesterday afternoon, and I was totally shocked when it turned up in under a day. It fits well, the quality of the material is better than I thought it would be, especially for how cheap it was. All in all, it was a brilliant discovery and I'm happy with what I got.
