Shoes replacement and refund
I had a bit of a problem with a pair of shoes I bought from this company not long ago. A couple of months after getting them, the shoes started to go wrong. I decided to get in touch with customer service by sending them an email. To my surprise, they got back to me within 2 hours and told me to send the faulty shoes back at no cost. I got a new pair delivered to me in just 3 days, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the new shoes had the same issue, so I had to send them back once more. This time, they gave me a refund for the faulty shoes. I have to say, both Lyndsey and Janice from customer service were really great. They were super helpful and made the whole process easy and efficient.
