    I purchased 2 zip polos online from the US because I was very satisfied with their merchandise when I had to buy a week’s worth of clothing in their Rome store (ca $4,000) because Lufthansa lost our luggage during our Italy trip. Well, when the 2 polos came in they were too big despite having bought similar, same sized polos in Italy. When I inquired about an exchange …1. You cannot get an email reply within 48 hours 2. Phone menus send you to voicemails 3. Their use of whatsup is so sketchy and also doesn’t render feedback within a normal time frame.

    Then they insist on me bearing the cost of a return to…..Italy. When I told them that UPS/DHL would charge more than the actual cost of the polos, they point me to their return policy which reads like a political statement. While their website hints at a US presence and says they value service….neither is true.

    A few weeks later I was in Dubai and tried to exchange it at the mall of Dubai and the outlet store … both times no luck. Their supply chain issues apparently trump their customer service by a wide margin.

    Here is my advice: don’t buy online from them …. EVER! And read the fine print … they seem to be in financial dire straits they way they conduct customer service.
