    Size 11 sneakers exchange for size 12 in black and blue shades

    I recently bought a pair of size 11 trainers online, but they were too tight for me. So, I followed the advice of customer service and went to the Regents Street store in London to swap them. When I got there, they told me that the black and blue trainers I bought were from an old collection and they didn't make them anymore. I told them I preferred the blue ones, but they didn't have them in the new collection. The manager checked the system and said I could get them in size 12, so they took back the size 11 ones. But then, I got an email saying they refunded me for the black and blue trainers, even though I clearly said I wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. When I told customer service about this, they just brushed me off and said the refund was automatic and couldn't be changed. This lack of care and not listening to what I wanted made me really unhappy and frustrated with the whole swapping process.

    Jacket, zipper issue, great customer service

    I bought a jacket in London around a year ago from one of the stores. At first, the jacket was great, but after a while, one of the zippers on the inside stopped working. I tried to fix it myself but it was a no-go. Because the inside pockets were really handy for me, I decided to head back to the store to see if they could sort it out. The folks at the store were so kind and said they would give it a go and inform me in a couple of weeks. True to their word, I got an email after 2 weeks saying they couldn't fix the zipper, but they offered to swap it out for a new jacket instead. I was pleasantly surprised and accepted the offer. Last Friday, I picked up my shiny new jacket and was truly grateful for the top-notch customer service. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at the store for their excellent help.

    Incorrect Size Item

    I recently bought something online but it turned out to be the wrong size when I received it. Even though the label said it was the right size, it was actually three sizes too big. I got in touch with customer service, sent them photos of the problem, and they quickly sorted it out for me. Boggi Milano organised for the wrong item to be picked up at their cost and sent me a replacement without any hassle. It did take a bit longer than expected to get the correct item, but the overall customer service was excellent. I was really impressed by how efficient and professional the team were, and it has definitely made me trust the brand more. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future after this positive experience.

    Wedding suit for nephew

    I recently bought a wedding suit for my nephew from the store in Cannes, France. When he tried it on, we realised it needed some alterations to fit perfectly. Since my nephew lives in Madrid, I was willing to pay extra to get it altered at the Madrid store. But when we got there, the tailor refused to do the alterations, saying they were too complicated. So, about 5 weeks later, we returned the suit to the Cannes store. The staff there were really understanding and gave us a full refund without any hassle. Even though I was worried after reading some reviews, Boggi handled everything really well and professionally.

    I recently bought a shirt and suit online, but they sent me the wrong size for the shirt. To make matters worse, I had to fork out for the return shipping, which wasn't great.     2 double breasted suit jackets shipped to the US

    I ordered two double breasted suit jackets to be sent to the US. They weren't available online, but Gianni from customer service sorted it out and got them shipped from a London store to Florida. The jackets arrived quickly and were just what I wanted. Gianni's help and the smooth delivery impressed me. Because of this positive experience, I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

    My husband and I popped into the store on Friday afternoon and got some help from a really nice and knowledgeable sales assistant. She helped us pick out a couple of things for our weekend.     Recent purchase for a formal event.

    I had a really disappointing experience at the store. As soon as I walked in, I could smell alcohol and cigarette smoke which wasn't nice. I waited around for 15 minutes while the staff chatted before they finally bothered to help me, and they did not seem happy about it. Plus, the price tags on the things I wanted to buy were wrong and they hadn't even been discounted like they were meant to be. It was obvious that the customer service and professionalism were seriously lacking. I definitely won't be going back there again.

    The clothes are great, but only if they actually send them to you! I wouldn't recommend ordering online (I live in the UK by the way). I've made 2 orders with them - the first one took two weeks to arrive, not the best but not the worst either. Then I placed another order for some holiday clothes, it's been almost 5 weeks and still nothing! I've emailed them 2 or 3 times and even spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who said they would fix the issue. I called customer services and after a 5-minute hold, I was put through to an answerphone!     Poor quality rucksack

    I'm a long-time customer and I was really disappointed with the quality of the rucksack I got from this store. I've spent so much money on their stuff over the years, but the zip on the rucksack broke after only a few months of use. When I got in touch with customer support, they were unresponsive at first and then had the nerve to say it was my fault for how I used it, instead of admitting it was a problem with the product. It's ridiculous to suggest I shouldn't have used it - what's the point of buying something if you can't use it? The lack of responsibility for their bad design and the dismissive response from their customer service team really left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

    Overpriced returning shipping costs

    I had a terrible time trying to return something I bought online. The cost of shipping it back was ridiculously high, coming to over 300€. It was really annoying and expensive, and made me feel let down and ripped off. I'd recommend being careful about shopping online with this company unless you're completely sure about what you're getting, because the sizes might not be right and returning stuff isn't easy.

    Troublesome return process and poor customer support

    I recently had a bit of a rubbish time with an online purchase from this company. The customer support wasn't great, they couldn't deal with a basic return form and didn't communicate well about the return and refund. I tried to get help but just got unhelpful responses and my issue wasn't sorted out. It's put me off shopping with them again in the future, which is a shame because the product itself was pretty decent quality.

    Su misura suits and shirts purchase

    I really had a bad time at the store. I bought some tailored suits and shirts on April 6th, but the measurements were all wrong, so nothing actually fitted me. I took everything back, but the problem still isn't sorted. The store in Lisbon are saying it's Italy's fault, just making excuses and not fixing the issue. It's been more than 2 months now, and they haven't given me my money back. I'd recommend steering clear of this store and brand altogether.

    Regular fit trousers

    I purchased some trousers that were marked as regular fit, but when I put them on, they were really tight! It turns out they were actually slim fit, which is not what I was looking for at all. I tried to return them, but they refused to take them back even though it was their error. It's so unfair!
