Card orders
I recently ordered a bunch of cards and unfortunately, there have been a lot of issues with them. It's really frustrating because now I can't even rely on them to get to the recipient. It takes away from the excitement of sending a surprise when you're unsure if it will even arrive! I don't think I'll be purchasing any more gifts from them if the cards can't make it to where they need to go, especially since there's no tracking to see where they are.
They just claim it's lost in the post and don't offer any solutions. It's a complete letdown and quite frankly, it's quite embarrassing. For instance, my last card was meant to arrive on the 28th of May, but unsurprisingly, it never turned up. They sent a replacement with an expected delivery date of the 31st of May, and here we are on the 6th of June, and still no card in sight.
