Postage from Northern Ireland to Southern Ireland
Avoid at all costs, there are cheaper parcel comparison websites out there!
I have been using this company for many years now and have advised so many people to use it.
Unfortunately I recently sent two parcels from Belfast to the Republic of Ireland and they never arrived on time, in fact one took over 1 month to luckily reach its destination and the other took 2/3 weeks to be sent back to me! This one was also very badly damaged and has cost us a customer and over £250 to replace the item. The customer service I received was a lady on the phone trying to make light of the situation and just blamed Parcelforce and An Post from the South. Due to not booking the parcels directly with Parcelforce I am unable to claim back for the postage etc which has been an eye opener to be honest. I will not be using them again and after sending over 200 parcels with them they didn't even have the decency to offer me £20 to resend my item.
