Disappointing experience with cancelled flight
Recently, I had a terrible experience with a company that mishandled my flight booking, causing me to lose money. Even though I had gotten approval from the airline to put the flight on hold due to some exceptional circumstances, the company went ahead and cancelled the booking without even asking me. The operations manager, Lucy, tried to blame me for requesting the cancellation, but I was able to show that they had acted without my permission. To make matters worse, they even suggested I should commit insurance fraud by lying about the situation. Ever since I raised my complaint, Lucy has been avoiding my calls, refusing to speak directly to me, and choosing to hide behind emails instead of sorting out the issue properly. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is completely unacceptable and has left me in a very difficult situation.
