Boots
The worst customer service ever experienced.
My wife ordered boots for same day collection from their Southampton store. The boots were not there and never had been as they had not kept their stock check uptodate. Was then expected to email their customer services to arrange refund. Their customer services clearly dont care about providing anything that resembles service. Never order from Office Shoes if you expect them to care about you as the customer or treat you fairly.
