Google Shopping CSS service
After trying out various other CSS services for Google Shopping over the last 15 years, we thought we'd give Kelkoo a go. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a massive mistake. The sales tracking and spend interface was really basic and didn't have proper reporting features. This lack of transparency made it hard to figure out where our money was going, and it seemed to be on purpose. Even after highlighting these issues, the promised improvements like better reporting and sales tracking never happened. We kept getting monthly bills with no clear breakdown of where the money was being spent, how many clicks we were getting, or any increase in traffic.
Eventually, we decided to stop using Kelkoo but the invoices kept coming even after cancelling the campaign. Despite trying multiple times to sort things out and get some clarity, our emails were ignored. To top it off, we then received a letter from a solicitor in the UK saying we owed Kelkoo £900. We disputed this, but ended up in a dispute with them in the County Court.
