These guys are totally inflexible on delivery so if you work and tthere's nobody to receive delivery they are quite nasty ti deal with. The reponse you get is: "As we operate a rapid dispatch and delivery service our shipping process is largely automated and we are sorry that we can not choose the delivery time." It is totally inflexible and leaves the courier to clear up the mess they leave in thier wake. It's a shame but it happens every time. They really don't care how inconvenient a delivery time is to the customer.
Apart from that they are really good.
