    Home alarm

    This system was purchased as a gift by my nephew for his grandad. After he had difficulties paying them due to having to leave his job to be his partners full time carer I requested every month from December that the company cancel the contract and remove the system. They still keep charging and refuse to deal with the requests. The only time they actually talk is to say they want money as the account is now in arrears. they are threatening with a debt collection agency. I would never deal with this company again. And if they try to collect money they will have a legal battle ahead of them.

    Same here. I will fight tooth and nail just on the principle to expose their bad business tactics.

    You all got lied to and sold too. I bet you all got blinded by trust pilot fake 5 star reviews.
    Police response ,guard response lol. Non of verisure staff dbs background checked so you were probably dealing with criminals

    i have trying to get through to customer services for 2 days , i am fed up listening to crapp music down the phone , i will stop bank payments to this company and cance the contract due to poor performance

    Same thing happened to me. They are slow to respond, if at all for requests of cancellation of contract even after the end of a three year contract. I stopped the direct debit payments to get their attention.

    I tried to contact verisure on Saturday 10.10.20 i held on phone for 30mins and no response. The key-fobs- or panel is not working, so i am unable to cancel siren when i opened exi door. I was then contacted by the centre to inform me of sounding alarm and pass me through to their technical dept. The service to equipment wascarried out three days before. At the time of writing I have been left holding forty minutes/ 40mins then the phone cut off with engaged tone. I am now unable to set or cancel the system however; I shall cancel my direct debit as the above is only a small portion of their extremely poor service.

    Verisure Alarm System

    Our three year contract ended in June 2020. Due to Covid19, and being home bound, we decided this expensive security system was not value for money. Requests to terminate our contract, on phone and emails on several occasions was completely ignored. Eventually their engineer attended to dismantle the alarm system in September. Now, they are claiming payment for the service until the date of dismantling. Their a Customer Services and Finance Department don’t seem to be working in conjunction! You have been warned!

    My email will be verified by Thursday so email then. Apologies if you have emailed already and it bounced back – but email on Thursday. And yes, there is a type in the email, but I will be leaving it as that. The type of the correct address.
