Missing popper
I have never been more happy to review a company
I bought a junior jacket from TK MAX
It had a popper missing but we knew this
I got directly in touch with Lyle +Scott
The customer experience manager (Darren Oliver) emailed me , he has gone way + above my expectations to help me , at no cost to myself they ask me to send it to their office in Scotland + they will get it repaired + sent back to me free of charge , Darren has replied to all my emails sent to him , I have spoke to him on the phone and what a lovely chap he is , the care for their customers has been outstanding , thankyou Darren and Lyle + Scott ,
