I have ordered 2 vitamin jars - Solgar Vitamins Solgar Kangavites Bouncin' Berry Chewable Tabs x 60 AND Solgar Skin, Nails ... Hair Formula x60. However, I have received ONLY 1 jar - Solgar Vitamins Solgar Kangavites Bouncin' Berry Chewable Tabs x 60.
When I contacted Cosmetify, re the second jar of vitamins, first I was requested to send images of the box and the label and then I was told that the retailer had a CCTV footage showing the both jars going into the box. When I requested a copy of the footage, I did not receive any reply from Cosmetify. When I suggested looking at the discrepancy in the weight of the box sent (375g with the box!) and the weight of the 2 vitamin jars ONLY (483g!) I did not receive any reply. This is despicable behaviour from a retailer who claims to have 4.7 rating on Trustpilot!
