Poor quality latex garments
The latex clothes I bought turned out to be really poor quality. I was so disappointed when they started falling apart after just a few wears, as if they were worthless. I tried to get in touch with customer service about it, but haven't heard back yet. It's annoying that my concerns seem to have been brushed aside, especially considering how well I looked after those clothes.

Online order mix-up
The products from this company looked really nice so I decided to place an order online. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I realised they had sent it to my billing address instead of my delivery address. The problem was made worse by the fact that they had the wrong billing address on file, so I never received my order. I've tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've lost out on almost £200 and I never received the items I was looking forward to. It's been a really stressful shopping experience and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again in the future.
