Expensive Purchase
I bought a couple of things not too long ago that set me back a fair bit. But I'm a bit gutted with the trousers I got 'cause they've already started falling apart - the fabric's snagging and the buttons are coming loose after just a few wears. I've tried to get in touch with their customer service a few times now, but haven't heard a peep from them at all. It's really winding me up that I'm not getting any help or feedback, and it's making me think twice about whether it was worth spending all that money in the first place.
Cream t-shirt with dye stain
Hey, so I've been getting clothes from this place for ages, you know? Anyway, in my latest order, I got this cream t-shirt and would you believe it – there was this huge dye stain on it! Can you imagine? Obviously, I sent it back. I was hoping for a replacement so I could wear it on holiday, but all I've received is a message saying they got my return and that they'd be in touch in a few days. Well, it's been weeks now and still no word! I've tried calling and messaging them, but no one's bothered to get back to me. Seriously, Folk has the worst returns department ever! Just in case anyone's interested, my order number is SW 181737.
New clothes - great quality!
I've just gotten some new clothes from this online shop and they are really good quality. The website was a breeze to use, my order arrived super quickly (the clothes are always top-notch here), and returning items was a piece of cake too. Absolutely no hassle at all.
Clothing items
I recently bought something from this online shop, and let me tell you, it was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. For starters, some items were missing from my order. When I contacted customer service, they took a ridiculous 2-3 months to get back to me. On top of that, the three things I did get were such bad quality. Wonky necklines, threads unraveling - the whole lot. I can see why they were on sale! I was so unhappy with them that I decided to return the items all the way from the US to the UK store in person. And you know what? No refund and no word from the store since. The service is just shocking. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business again.
Lovely clothes, lovely folks
I've been shopping at this place for 5 years now. The ladies who work there are really friendly and the clothes they have are just amazing. Even though I moved away from London, I still shop online from them. Had a small problem with delivery once, but they were quick to sort it out for me.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this shop not long ago. At first, I really liked how they looked and fit, but I've been really let down by the poor quality of the materials. Even though I followed the care instructions by washing everything in cold water, the clothes have worn out quickly. I've had to fix several pairs of trousers because the stitching keeps coming loose, especially on the back pockets. It's a shame because I keep getting lured back by the good fit and style, but I only have a few things left that I can actually wear after spending a lot of money.
Wrong order received
I ordered some jumpers, but ended up receiving someone else's order instead. Dealing with customer service has been an absolute nightmare. I've sent multiple emails but haven't received any response, and whenever I try to call, the phone just rings and no one ever answers. The staff members I've spoken to have been unapologetic and completely unhelpful. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company.
Online order mix-up
The products from this company looked really nice so I decided to place an order online. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I realised they had sent it to my billing address instead of my delivery address. The problem was made worse by the fact that they had the wrong billing address on file, so I never received my order. I've tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email multiple times, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I've lost out on almost £200 and I never received the items I was looking forward to. It's been a really stressful shopping experience and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again in the future.
Drawcord trousers, no fly
I bought these trousers online because I thought they looked cool and the fit was just right. But when they arrived, I noticed there's no fly! How am I supposed to go to the loo without a fly? I even emailed them to ask them to update the online description, but they haven't replied. Not cool at all. I guess I won't be shopping here again.
Pants and sweater
So, I ordered these trousers and a jumper online. But when they arrived, they weren't the same colour as in the photos on the website. How am I meant to know what I'm getting when the colours are all wrong? And don't get me started on the material - I couldn't even tell if they were soft or scratchy! On top of that, the return shipping cost was incredibly high, it felt like a complete rip-off. When I attempted to contact customer service, they were very slow to respond, if they even responded at all. What a waste of my time and money, honestly.
Troubled purchases
I've had a bit of a rough time with this brand, to be honest. I placed two orders with them, and both didn't go smoothly at all. The first order arrived with the wrong items, and the second one never even made it to me. I tried to sort things out by calling and emailing them, but it was like talking to a brick wall - no help at all from their customer service team. I felt really let down by the way they handled things. It's been a bit disheartening, to say the least.<br><br>On top of that, I've noticed they're now selling their products at TK Maxx, which makes me question the quality and value of what they're offering. It's pretty clear they've got some issues they need to fix, for the sake of their customers.
Overpriced trousers
I just want to say that those trousers I bought from that shop were a complete waste of money. They were originally £150 but got discounted to £80 - still not worth it. They were really cheaply made and didn't look good at all.
Sweatshirt, fast delivery
I recently ordered an awesome sweatshirt from this shop for the first time and I was really pleased with it! It arrived really quickly and looked exactly like it did in the picture. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from here again!
EXPENSIVE clothes
I wouldn't recommend buying clothes from that shop if you want them to last long. I recently purchased some expensive items there and the stitching is already starting to come apart. I paid a lot of money for them on a fancy website and now I wish I had gone with a better brand instead.
Sustainable European-made menswear
I was really impressed with the sustainable menswear I bought from this shop. It's nice to see a brand that cares about ethical manufacturing by making their clothes in Europe, especially in Portugal. The styles are cool and different, showing a real dedication to sustainability. The clothes are high quality, much better than what you usually see on the high street or from online shops that focus more on quantity than quality.
Quality and sustainability concerns
The clothes I bought from here were really good quality, and I've been a fan of the brand for ages. But one thing that bothers me is they don't give much detail about where they get their materials from. In this day and age, it's important for brands to be honest about where they source things, especially with sustainability being a big issue. I ordered some shorts online over two weeks ago, and I still haven't received them! I even sent an email to ask about my order, but no one has got back to me yet. What's going on?!
Shirt purchase
I bought some shirts from an online shop not long ago, but they didn't send me one of them. When my package arrived, I saw a note on the invoice saying that the missing shirt would be sent next month. I've always been happy with the quality of the clothes I've bought before, and I've had loads of compliments on them. But I was a bit disappointed that they didn't say sorry or sort out the missing shirt straight away.
Sale items purchase
I bought a few things on sale and had a little problem with the delivery. But when I used the chat feature on the website, I got some really great help from a guy called Fraser in customer service. He really went out of his way to sort everything out quickly. It was nice to get such friendly and attentive service from a company. That good experience has definitely made me want to shop with them again.
Denim Jacket
I can't believe I ever shopped anywhere else before discovering this gem of a store. The denim jacket I got is such great quality, and the customer service was absolutely top-notch. It's so nice to see a British brand that really values its customers. I will definitely be sticking with them as a loyal customer from now on.
