Quick delivery but unexpected customs fees
The delivery came really quickly and I was impressed with how responsive the customer service was, which was great. But I was a bit let down when I found out I had to fork out €16 for customs fees, even though the website promised no hidden charges. I got in touch with customer service, but all they did was apologise for the mix-up and tell me to check their terms and conditions.
