Christmas gifts
I received some really awesome clothes for Christmas, but unfortunately, one of them turned out to be too small for me, so my mum had to exchange it. The replacement that arrived was a bit messy, but when we contacted the store about it, they immediately sent another one which arrived super fast! The staff who assisted us were extremely kind and apologised for the mix-up. I must say, they did a fantastic job in sorting out the issue, so I'll definitely continue shopping with them in the future.
